Garment-dyed Products
ALWAYS WASH SEPARATELY BEFORE WEARING TO AVOID BLEEDING ISSUES
Due to the nature of the dyeing process employed with Comfort Colors pigment dyed shades, loose pigments may remain on the surface of the garments even after the first wash. We therefore strongly recommend washing these garments only with like-colored garments, as some of the pigment dyes may stain light-or white-colored garments in the wash cycle. Washing the garments in cold water will reduce the possibility of staining. Shade variations are inherent in the garment dyeing process. Our garments are pre-shrunk during the garment dye and wash processes for almost no shrinkage at home.

Reactive dye colors Provide a traditional dyed appearance, with the same great softness.

Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition — unused, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@hippomlshirt.com to request a Return Authorization Code.
Our team will respond within 24 hours and gladly assist with any reasonable request. When contacting us, please include your order number to help us process your inquiry quickly.
Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
