Return Policy

First, thank you very much for choosing us. We sincerely apologize for any mistakes that lead to your request for a refund. At Hippomlshirt Store, we always strive to protect our customers’ rights. Therefore, if there are any issues with the product you purchased from Hippomlshirt Store, we are always ready to support you by replacing the product or refunding you. Please note that we only accept refunds or replacements if the following conditions are met:

  • The product you received has defects originating from us, such as being torn during shipping, poor print quality, color smudging, or not matching the design advertised on the website.
  • We do not accept refunds for errors that are the customer’s responsibility, such as ordering the wrong size or color.
  • The returned product must be in its original condition and unused.
  • The returned product is only accepted within 30 days of receipt.

If the above conditions are met, please follow these steps for a refund:

Step 1: Send us a complaint request via Email at support@hippomlshirt.com. The email should include:

  • Order number
  • Email address used for the order
  • Attach photos or videos clearly showing the defect of the product (We will review this before notifying you whether the return is accepted)
  • Clearly state one of the two options: request for a replacement product or a refund.
  • If you choose a replacement product, please specify the product model, color, and size. (You will not be charged any additional fees unless you want to change the size or color from the originally ordered product)

Step 2:

After sending the complaint, please wait for our response email. If the return is accepted, we will either replace the product or issue a refund (based on your previous request)

 

Some Notes:

  • The refunded amount only includes the value of the product and does not include shipping costs.
  • The refund will be processed, and the credit will be sent back to your original payment method within 3 days.

In Case of Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact your bank.
  • If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@hippomlshirt.com.
