Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition — unused, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@hippomlshirt.com to request a Return Authorization Code.

Our team will respond within 24 hours and gladly assist with any reasonable request. When contacting us, please include your order number to help us process your inquiry quickly.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
