ORDERING
1. Can I change my order?
- Unfortunately, you cannot make changes once your order is placed. Please make sure to review your order carefully before placing it, including details like size, color, and shipping address.
2. Can I cancel my order?
- If eligible, you have 12 hours after placing your order to cancel it. Please review our policy in detail at: Here.
3. What size should I buy?
- We have a detailed size chart displayed on the product page. Please review it carefully and choose the correct size for yourself.
4. Can I purchase a gift and have it shipped directly to the recipient's address?
- Absolutely! We will ship to the address you provide on the checkout page. Please ensure the recipient’s information is correct. If you need a greeting card to be included, email us, and we will add it at no extra cost.
SHIPPING
1. How long will it take to receive the tracking code after placing an order?
- You will receive the tracking code to monitor your order within 1-5 business days (excluding holidays).
2. What does processing time mean?
- We need time to prepare your order. Specifically, we require 1-3 days for order processing and production. After that, we will proceed with shipping your order.
3. How long is the shipping time?
- Currently, after completing your order, shipping will take 5-10 business days (excluding holidays). If more shipping options become available in the future, we will update our Shipping Policy. Please read the Shipping Policy for more details.
4. What happens if my order delivery is delayed?
- Due to various external factors, your order might arrive later than expected. We will notify you via email if there is a delay. We appreciate your understanding and will always strive to deliver your order on time.

RETUNR AND REFUND
1. Can I return an item?

3. Will I be charged any fees for returning an item?
- You will not be charged any additional fees for returning an item. Please note: When returning an item, we will refund the value of the item. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
