We accept returns under the following circumstances:
- Items delivered to you are damaged
- Items delivered to you are defective
- Items delivered to you are different from your order details
We will not accept returns under the following circumstances:
- Customers inadvertently select the wrong size when ordering
- Customers select the wrong style when ordering
- Customers select the wrong color when ordering
- … (additional circumstances)
Customers can return products within 30 days from the delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 30 days from the date of purchase.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused
- Items must be in the same condition as when received
- Items must be in their original packaging
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment method.

- Please contact us before initiating a return to obtain the return address. We will not be responsible for any return packages received without confirmation or notification from us.
- Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs (we do not refund these shipping costs).
- For items valued over $100 USD, customers should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Upon receiving the returned items, we will inspect and notify you of the return status. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
