How Refund Work?

Upon receiving your returned item, we will send you a confirmation email acknowledging the receipt of the returned item. After inspection, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds, what should I do?

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check:

  • Your bank account
  • Contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank as there may be a processing time before the refunded amount is sent.

How can I return an item?
  • Please contact us before initiating a return to obtain the return address. We will not be responsible for any return packages received without confirmation or notification from us.
  • Upon receiving the returned items, we will inspect and notify you of the return status. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
Can I return the item after 30 days?

Customers can return products within 30 days from the delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 30 days from the date of purchase.
